We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time so visitors are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy at the inception of each session. January 1st, 2020

Rental

1. There is a rental minimum of 3 days/bike
2. You must be at least 18 years old and you must have a valid credit card.
3. Rental rates include Unlimited coverage,no hourly charges and use of bicycle for a 24 hour period.
4. Every client will receive orientation to the bicycle that covers all aspects of safe riding, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.
5. CycleAlbania will provide storage for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, at any time.
6. Bike maintenance are client's responsibility. CycleAlbania claims no responsibility for breakdowns and accidents.
7. Helmets and water bottles can (if available) be provided during rentals but clients are encouraged to bring their own for comfort and style.
8. Two Panniers, a lock, patch kit and a mini pump are incuded on each rental longer than 3 days
9. The client is responsible for checking brakes and tire pressure before each ride and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in bicycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
10. The client is responsible for bike security and ensuring that it is always locked on a secured area.
11. A security deposit of €200 - €500 will be taken at pick-up. Security deposit must be processed via valid credit card.
12. All confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable, unless specified under that of the Reservation Cancellation Protection guidelines (see below). No refunds on early returns.
13. CycleAlbania accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, VISA, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. Travelers Cheques are not accepted for security deposit.

GUIDED TOURS

1. A booking will exist as soon as we issue our booking confirmation (the “Booking Confirmation”). This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions. The person making the booking (the “lead name”) must be 18 years old or over and when you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.
2. All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time. In the unlikely event of an administrative error leading to an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct it (including after a booking has been confirmed). Offers are not combinable unless expressly stated and may be withdrawn at any time. All quotations are provisional until confirmed in writing on your Booking Confirmation. Before you make a booking we will give you the up-to-date price of your chosen holiday including the cost of any supplements, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested.
3. When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of at least 10% per person of your selected travel arrangements
4. You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the lead name or your travel agent must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows:
   
   30 - 15 Day Cancellation Notice: 30% of Total Booking Amount
   14 or Less Day Cancellation Notice: 50% of Total Booking Amount
   No Show: 100% of Total Booking Amount
   
   
5. In the rare event of a tour cancellation, CycleAlbania will notify all tour participants immediately. CycleAlbania will either offer the tour as a Self-Drive Tour (bike rental & hotel package) or will offer to operate the tour if all booked customers agree to a supplement charge. If customers do not accept to pay the supplement, CycleAlbania will refund their payment in full, which will constitute the full settlement. CycleAlbania is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to CycleAlbania's cancellation of tour due to lack of participation. This includes, but is not limited to the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations or automobile rentals. Situations may arise which will make it necessary for us to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In that event, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. Your full tour price will be refunded if the tour is cancelled prior to scheduled tour start date.
6. You can transfer your booking to another person, who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing at least 7 days before departure provided that the new lead passenger accepts the transfer and these booking conditions. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all the costs we incur in making the transfer.
7. Your Tour Guides are there to assist you while on tour and will do their best to ensure that every participant gets the most out of your CycleAlbania tour experience. It is extremely important for all riders to listen carefully to the Tour Guide's safety and travel instructions each morning to help ensure the best possible group riding conditions. Should you desire to travel independent of the group for any length of time, the Tour Guides can assist you in planning a suitable route.
8. Tours operate on a seasonal basis and where seasonal variances and/or weather conditions cause changes in the tour routing and accommodations the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly, with alternate hotels, restaurants and roads being selected.
9. CycleAlbania strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year when the weather in the touring area is typically pleasant for cycling. Many tours pass through areas where weather conditions can change very rapidly. CycleAlbania cannot be held liable for unpleasant and unsuitable weather conditions, and no refunds shall be granted for such conditions.
10. If you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault.
11. CycleAlbania recommends that you take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as Trip Cancellation Insurance.
12. Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
13. We reserve the right to refuse to accept you as a customer or continue dealing with you if we, or another person in authority, believe your behaviour is disruptive, causes unnecessary inconvenience, is threatening or abusive, you damage property, you upset, annoy, disturb, or put any other traveller or our staff or agents in the UK or resort in any risk or danger, on the telephone, in writing or in person.
